In-store purchases may be eligible for a refund if the product is unused and in original condition. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase and require a valid receipt. Used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on your location and include a $15 handling fee per order. You agree to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
