Shipping Policy
At GladHome Medical Equipment & Supplies, we are committed to delivering your home medical equipment quickly and securely. We ship exclusively via UPS to all U.S. addresses (excluding P.O. Boxes).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout using our integrated UPS shipping plugin. Rates are based on your delivery address, package size, and weight.
Handling Fee
A flat $15 handling fee is added to every order to cover packaging and processing. This fee is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery Time
UPS delivery times vary depending on your location and selected service level. Most customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days after shipping.
No Free Shipping
We do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your package using the UPS tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Refund Policy
GladHome Medical Equipment & Supplies does not offer refunds for online orders. All online sales are final.
In-Store Refunds
Refunds for in-store purchases are available under the following conditions:
- The item has not been used or opened.
- The return is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The customer provides the original receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been inspected and approved by staff.
Exceptions
Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for a refund. Certain medical and hygiene products are non-refundable for safety reasons.
If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. While online sales are final, certain in-store purchases may be eligible for return.
In-Store Purchases
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items, personal care products, or hygiene-related medical supplies.
Online Sales
All online sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
